Not only the moon chair will have to face hot sunny days, it will also have to withstand heavy rain that might come its way. Water proofing your wicker moon chair might be a waste of time. I'm not the only saying that. If you have a unique, beautiful and antique wicker chair, then I would definitely recommend forgetting all about water proofing your moon chair - you can still do it if you want, but I see it as a waste of money - and make sure you always put your wicker moon chair back inside when your events are finished.
